VERY UNACCEPTABLE WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS. I don't understand how Mercari justify their system and I sure as hell don't understand how they are still in business with all the complaints that had been made against them. How can they just cancel your transactions and threaten to suspend you without any prior warnings or clarifications? Hello? I ran a check on Mercari and found out that I am not the only one that had been treated this way. I don't understand how all this can happen within hours of me contacting their customer service about clarifying what I have done wrong? I feel very very frustrated for the fact that they seem very shady.

I think the customer had also got their "FINAL WARNING" because they have deleted all of the conversation with the word "etsy" in them.

I have no idea what is going on, all I know is that I have money in their account plus lots of merchandise on their way to the buyers. I have asked Mercari's customer support about my "final warning" and next thing I know my user privileges had been revoked and there are no answers. I have received a "FINAL WARNING" (which is my first warning?), a canceled transaction (with valid USPS tracking which the item was delivered), and a sudden notice of "We've revoked your selling privileges" all within hours of each warning.
